Vedam set to hit the silver screen on June 04

The much-hyped movie of the year, Vedam, is all set to hit the silver screen on June 04. The multi-starrer film features Allu Arjun, Manchu Manoj, Anushka Shetty, Manoj Bajpai,Lekha Washington, Siya Gautham and Deeksha Seth in cast.

Allu Arjun is playing the role of a slum guy and Manoj Manchu will be seen as Vivek Chakravarthy, acting in role of a rock star. Anushka is playing the role of a prostitute for the first time. Vedam is a cocktail of five different stories. Each character in the film would be quite different and interesting. Radhakrishna Jagarlamudi of ‘Gamyam’ fame is directing the film. Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni are jointly producing the film under Arka Media Works banner.

MM Keeravani has scored the music for the film Vedam. The movie has eight songs, where music director himself has penned four lyrics and Sirivennela Seetarama Sastry, E.S. Murthy and others have written remaining songs. The music has already good response from the audience. The songs like 'Now Or Never..., 'Egiripothe Entha Baaguntundi...,' 'Rupaay...' have already created waves in the industry.

Kites is a romantic tale that is beyond the geographical boundaries or linguistic barriers. The lead characters are from different worlds all together with J who just speaks Hindi with a dash of English and Natasha who talks in Spanish. The film promises to be a full on entertainment with lots of action, thrill and excitement, not to forget some amazing dance sequence by Hrithik, the dancing God of Hindi cinema. The film Kites has used renowned American choreographer Flexy Stu to deliver those breath taking dances number displayed to perfection by Hrithik together with Barbara and Kangana.

Ajay makes time for Nysa

Ajay Devgn is known as quite a family man. But of late the actor has been working pretty hard on his multiple films. After Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge, he will soon have Raajneeti and Aakrosh coming up. So how does he manage time for his family amidst such a tight schedule? The actor says he makes sure to take time out from work every once in a while so that he can spend time with daughter Nysa and wife Kajol. “I take time out for her (Nysa). She wants to travel the world and she does that with me!” admits Ajay. Whenever she is on break from school, Nysa also accompanies her dad to shoots on foreign locations. Now that’s very sweet. Guess other Bollywood dads should take a leaf from Ajay’s time management skills.

Boney to launch son in Mr India 2

One more star son is all set to make his Bollywood debut. Arjun Kapoor, son of producer Boney Kapoor will be making his debut with his dad’s ambitious film Mr India 2. Arjun will be launched as Anil Kapoor’s and Sridevi’s son in the film which will be directed by Anees Bazmee.

Our source said, “Arjun initially wanted to be a director however, after a bit of grooming Boney Kapoor suggested that he should become an actor. Arjun’s close friend and Boney’s lucky mascot Salman Khan voiced the same opinion. So, Arjun is currently training to be an actor and with Mr. India 2 he will mark his debut. A new girl is being finalised to star opposite him while Salman Khan will play the role of a dreaded villain on the lines of Mogambo. The film is expected to go on the floors by the year end. It can be recalled that Arjun was dating Salman’s sister Arpita for many years before that broke off last year.” Shekhar Kapur who directed the superhit Mr. India is the creative director of the film.
